Terms and Conditions  

Effective November 21, 2022 

 

By participating in GSS’s Co-Gen Club Referral Program, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and understand that they are subject to change.  

  

1. Sign Up Points are awarded once to new members when joining the GSS Co-Gen Club.   

2. Booking Points are awarded to current members in the GSS Co-Gen Club who refer a first-time qualified referral booking.  

3. Bonus Points are awarded to current members in the GSS Co-Gen Club who refer a first-time qualified referral booking that results in a Co-Gen Purchase.  

  

Points are awarded within 24 hours of qualification and will be visible on the member's personal page. On this page the member may track and redeem their points for a coupon code to purchase their choice of Rewards on the GSS Shop Rewards Page. 

  

GSS Co-Gen Club members must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for Points, which are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The GSS Co-Gen Club member has no authority to represent or bind GSS. All Point redemptions are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Points can only be redeemed for Rewards in the GSS Shop. Points cannot be applied retroactively or to Rewards that are no longer available in the GSS Shop. Points cannot be applied after an order has been placed. The customer is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. This program and rewards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. Only the primary account holder can redeem Points for Rewards.  

  

We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. The intent of this program is to reward the GSS Co-Gen Club community members for sharing their passion for GSS products with their friends and family. We reserve the right to withhold awards where we believe members are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable. If you disagree with us, it will be your responsibility to show us that you have not violated any GSS policies or these Terms and Conditions. 

  

  

Co-Gen Club Points 

  

Point Tracking 

Members Points are tracked on the members private page, that is created after you complete the on-line sign up. Points can be accessed on the www.gss.energy website through the “Co-Gen Club” tab, then by clicking on the “view points” button. Points are updated within 24 hours of qualification. 

  

Earning Points 

1. Sign up for the GSS Co-Gen Club on the website                                                              30 Points 

2. ​Refer a Qualified booking                                                                                                             30 Points 

3. A Referred Qualified booking that results in a completed Co-Gen purchase     270 Points 

  

How a Member Refers a Qualified Booking  

On the “Book a Consultation” page on the www.gss.energy site,  

1. Your friend selects a date and time for their presentation 

2. They fill out their contact information 

3. They write your name down in the “Message or Referred by” section  

Your Booking Points will be available within 24 hours of the completed booking. 

  

A Qualified Referral Booking 

1. The Referral Contact has agreed to a presentation 

2. The Referral Contact owns a single detached or semi-detached building 

3. The presentation is done at the Referral’s home  

4. If married or equivalent both people must attend. 

5. Any exceptions must be authorized by the GSS Marketing Director. 

  

Bonus Points 

For every one of your referred bookings that results in a completed Co-Gen purchase, you will be awarded 270 Bonus Points. These Points will be available on your member page 24 hours after your referral’s installation. 

  

How a Member Redeems Points for Rewards 

On your private members page, your total points will be displayed, along with the reward options available that you are qualified to receive. When you are ready to redeem your points for a reward, you simply click on the “Get Coupon” beside the reward option you would like and then copy and paste the code into the checkout form in the GSS “Shop Rewards” tab.  

Rewards may be mailed out or picked up during office hours at the Sherwood Park location.
